This website is owned and operated by Talk to May, a brand founded and managed by May, a content and marketing strategist based in Ireland. By accessing or using this site, purchasing products, enrolling in programs, or interacting with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any other terms referenced.

Talk to May provides education, strategy, and marketing tools for entrepreneurs. Through this website, you may:

• Enroll in courses (e.g. Reachability)

• Join live or recorded workshops and masterclasses

• Book 1:1 coaching or apply for group programs (e.g. Beyond Content)

• Download free content (e.g. Reach to Revenue)

• Engage in strategic services such as audits, content planning, or custom workshops

We reserve the right to add, update, or discontinue offers at any time.

3. Payment and Checkout

We accept payment via Stripe, PayPal, ThriveCart, and manual bank transfers. Payment processing is handled by third-party providers. We are not responsible for any issues arising from their services. All prices are listed in EUR unless otherwise stated.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital and service-based nature of our work, our refund policy is strict:

• Digital Products: All sales are final. No refunds.

• Courses: No refunds once access has been granted.

• Workshops / Masterclasses: Non-refundable, including access to replays.

• 1:1 Coaching / Beyond Content: Refunds accepted only before the first session. A 20% non-refundable fee applies. No refunds after the first session.

• Custom Work: Deposits are non-refundable. Remaining balance is refundable up to 2 days before the first strategy call.

All purchases require acknowledgment of this policy at checkout.

5. Client Agreements

All coaching, group programs, and custom strategy work require a signed agreement. If any term in the signed agreement conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement prevails.

6. Use of This Site

You agree to:

• Use the site for lawful, personal use only

• Not duplicate, resell, or exploit any content or product

• Not attempt to access or interfere with our backend systems or communications

Any unauthorized use may result in legal action or account termination.

7. Communications and Platforms

By interacting with our business (including downloading a freebie, enrolling in a program, or submitting an application), you consent to receive communications from us via email, Instagram, WhatsApp, Skool, or other platforms we use. You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time, but essential service updates may still be sent.

By submitting testimonials, community posts, feedback, or tagged content on platforms such as Skool, Instagram, or WhatsApp, you grant Talk to May a royalty-free, irrevocable license to repost, feature, or share your content in marketing or promotional materials.
